Joyful Inconvenience

My wife and her mother are unlike any I have ever met before. They are indefatigable in serving others. While most of the world is asking, “How will this help me?” they are always asking, “How can I help you?” They take the injunction to serve, not with a heavy heart, but with a exuberance that catches most off guard. They really do enjoy being “joyfully inconvenienced.” Sometimes it exhausts me to be part of the team, but in the long run, I know it is the right way. Oh, that we could all be joyfully inconvenienced!

My Ventures

Having reached the ripe old age of 55, I look back on my full life and what I’ve learned and done. With many years to go, I hope, I will also look forward to the future. Over this Christmas season, 2011, I’ll start by posting some of my projects and articles from the past.

Good reading and watching!
